Administrative Clerk - with a focus on municipal accounting/ finance

Duties/ Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
• Accounts Receivable
• Administer several internal programs
• Municipal reception and basic administration tasks
• A detailed job description is available upon request

• Experience in accounting/ financial roles, and with computerized accounting and database software is a primary focus
• Experience in letter writing and reporting is beneficial
• Self-motivated, organized, creative, energetic, with strong communication skills
• First Aid/ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Term/ Pay/ Benefits:
• 21 hours per week commencing January 1, 2021, plus additional hours as may be required and banked from time to time
• Rate of pay dependent upon experience & qualifications
• Benefits package as a condition of employment, and subject to eligibility
